KUSCCO is inviting Sacco members and real estate investors to explore an exciting opportunity to purchase prime real estate. The union has announced the sale of 3-bedroom maisonettes, each featuring a domestic staff quarter (DSQ), located just 1.5 km from Kitengela Town.
These properties come with a range of amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, borehole, and shopping center, all situated near top schools and hospitals. Priced at Ksh. 9.5 million per unit, a total of 75 units are available for interested buyers.
In addition to the maisonettes, KUSCCO is conducting public auctions for properties nationwide. Regular auctions will take place at View Park Towers on June 5th, 10th, and 13th, and they are open to the public.
This initiative is part of KUSCCO’s strategy to recover non-performing loans through the sale of identified properties, facilitated by its mortgage department, the KUSCCO Housing Fund (KHF). Proceeds from these auctions will contribute to settling outstanding obligations to SACCOs and ensuring business continuity for the Union.
