Looking ahead, Mentor Sacco has strengthened its financial stability to contribute to community progress and ensure the prosperity of our members.
We are dedicated to prudent financial management, innovative solutions, and member-centric initiatives. As part of our new growth plan, we have acquired a new core banking system to improve service delivery and ensure that over 80% of our products and services are accessible digitally. Additionally, the Sacco Board plans to invest in advanced ICT cyber security infrastructure to keep up with rapidly changing technological advances.
With these developments, our management aims to increase membership to over 80,000, grow revenue to over Ksh3 billion, expand the loan book to Ksh14 billion, increase deposits to Ksh16.4 billion, and raise share capital to Ksh1.5 billion by 2028.
