Sheria Sacco Chairperson Justice Mwilu Graduates from ADE Program

The National Chairperson of Sheria Sacco, Hon. Lady Justice Philomena Mbete Mwilu (EGH, FCIArb, ADE), who also serves as the Deputy Chief Justice and Vice President of the Supreme Court of Kenya, graduated from the African Development Educators (ADE) program during the recent ADE Class in Jirapa, Ghana.

Lady Justice Mwilu is one of the highest-ranking government officials to undergo ADE training. In her role as the 3rd Deputy Chief Justice and Vice President of the Supreme Court of Kenya, she is responsible for the overall performance and supervision of the Court and the entire Kenyan Judiciary.

By graduating, she joins a global network of ADE graduates who are shaping visionary leadership and driving sustainable transformation, all inspired by the ADE mantra of “People Helping People.”

The ADE program, organized by ACCOSCA, continues to attract prominent global cooperative leaders and senior government officials. This growing interest underscores ADE’s significance in fostering visionary leaders, strengthening the cooperative movement in Africa, and influencing policy frameworks that uplift local communities.

Participants range from Principal Secretaries to Military Generals, High Court Judges, board chairpersons, and CEOs of leading institutions worldwide. ADE is guiding the continent towards servant leadership and combining cooperative philosophy with practical solutions to address development challenges in Africa.
