Ukristo na Ufanisi set to celebrate 20 years of excellence

Ukristo na Ufanisi, a Christian based Sacco, will be celebrating 20 years of excellence. The Christian financial institution was founded in the year 2001 by the then Anglican Bishop of the Diocese of Mt. Kenya South, the Rt Rev Timothy Mbuthia Ranji.

The Sacco prides itself in offering customer satisfaction through lending to individuals, cell groups, and registered groups. “Our unique core values define us, and we strive to be the best Christian Sacco of choice as we soar to high heights both regionally and internationally.”

Ukristo na Ufanisi was registered on 2 November 2005 under the Co-operative Societies Act of Kenya’s Laws and is currently licensed and regulated by Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA).

The Sacco has more than 39,000 members, a member deposit pool of 1.4 Billion, and a share capital of Sh 137 million.

The Sacco has seven fully operational branches, and there are plans to open up more in due time.

These are Riruta (head office), Kiserian, Ngong, Kangemi, Kiambu, Limuru, and Wangige branches. Other offices are in Mwea-Ngurubani next to the Main Stage and at Utawala near Benedicta.
