The Global Women Leadership Network (GWLN)- Kenyan Chapter celebrated its second year since its inception. The Network seeks to empower women in Kenya to seize leadership positions in the Cooperative movement. Created in 2009, the network has reached women in over 60 countries worldwide. According to Ms. Scholastica Odhiambo, the chairperson, GWLN is the only international platform dedicated to addressing and facilitating gender balance in leadership positions.
