7 Saccos Join Tier 1 Cluster

The number of Large-Tiered Regulated SACCOs increased from 53 in 2023 to 60 in 2024, according to the recently released Sacco Supervision Report 2024 by SASRA. This change indicates that seven SACCOs successfully crossed the Ksh 5 billion threshold in 2024. The newly recognized SACCOs are:

1. M/S Capital SACCO Society Ltd, with head offices in Meru Town, Meru County
2. M/S Shirika DT-SACCO Society Ltd with head offices in Nairobi City, Nairobi City County
3. M/S Kenya Highlands SACCO Society Ltd, with head offices in Kapsoit Market Centre, Kericho County
4. M/S Taifa DT-SACCO Society Ltd, with head offices in Nyeri Town, Nyeri County
5. M/S Nyati SACCO Society Ltd with head offices in Nairobi City, Nairobi City County
6. M/S Ndege Chai SACCO Society Ltd, with head offices in Kericho Town, Kericho County
7. M/S Kenpipe DT-SACCO Society Ltd with head offices in Nairobi City, Nairobi City County
