Sacco puts a smile on needy families’ faces

Biashara Sacco donated an assortment of foodstuff and clothing items worth Ksh 1.05 million to 14 children’s homes and needy families during the Christmas festivities.

According to the Sacco’s Chief Executive Officer, Rose Kimaru the donations are one of the ways of giving back to society. In 2021 the Sacco spent Ksh 560,000 to fund a school feeding programme besides investing in a students’ mentorship programme for Form 4 leavers from needy backgrounds.
