What Sacco members want 

MEMBERS’ SAY

I have been a Sacco member for over ten years, and Saccos are good financial institutions. I can attest my Sacco has enabled me to achieve various development projects through affordable credit facilities.

An average Sacco member is well-informed and expects nothing less than quality services. Members do not like communication barriers. They need timely communication, which is now possible through technology. An email that is not responded to shows a failure of staff to value the customer. Calls should be answered. 

Saccos should consider the guarantors’ concerns as some members use fake pay slips. Some members apply for big Fosa loans and then immediately follow with check-off loans from other banks. Guarantors should sign legal agreement documents with loanees. Lastly, Saccos should ensure their platforms, such as ATMs and mobile banking, work well, with no downtime. Services should be available anytime, anywhere.
