The Co-operative Alliance of Kenya (CAK) is organizing a forum to discuss leadership, ethics, and governance. The forum will be held under the theme “Redefining Co-operatives of Tomorrow.”
In a letter to co-operative leaders, CAK stated that financial institutions, especially co-operatives, are facing significant changes. Therefore, it is essential to explore how co-operatives can evolve to thrive in the changing environment.
The conference is scheduled to take place from 29th April to 3rd May 2024 at Mara Simba Lodge, Maasai Mara, Narok County. The forum’s main topics will include services, leadership, technology, risks, and regulatory trends that will shape the future of co-operatives in the region.
