The elections for delegates from Univision DT Savings and Credit Cooperative Society Limited’s support staff, disabled individuals, and Kitui County government staff were held on Saturday, November 29, 2025, in Kitui Town.
Sammy Kasanga Musomba, the Kitui County Cooperatives Director, served as the presiding officer for the event, which took place at the Kitui Teachers Training College.
In the Kitui County government delegate elections, Jacob Mutisya Maingi secured 265 votes, defeating his rivals: Shadrack Mbuvi Yoana, who received 109 votes, and Phyllis Kakuthu Maithya, who garnered 75 votes.
For the support staff elections, Felix Kiema Musyimi emerged victorious with 166 votes, surpassing his opponent, Stephen Muuo Ndeti, who received 130 votes.
In the elections for disabled persons, Joseph Mwendwa Muthoka received 37 votes, defeating his only rival, Boniface Muema Makuthu, who obtained 25 votes.
